When you book with us, your protection comes from the ATOL-covered suppliers we work with (such as Easyjet, TUI Holidays). If a supplier does not have ATOL protection, we will inform you clearly before you confirm your booking. We also always advise getting comprehensive travel insurance to ensure you’re fully covered.
No – full payment is required upfront before any bookings are made. This is because we use third-party platforms that also require full payment at time of booking.
We understand plans can change. Refunds and changes depend entirely on the policy of the supplier (e.g,airline or hotel). Some may offer partial refunds, some may be non-refundable. We will always do our best to help, but our booking fee is non-refundable.

We charge a flat booking fee of £40 per booking, plus £10 per additional traveller. We may also charge for optional extras such as itinerary planning or urgent booking services. You will always see a full cost breakdown before committing.

Yes! We offer an Urgent Booking Service for time-sensitive requests (subject to availability). A £100 fee, in addition to the normal booking fees applies for bookings required within 48 hours.
