All quotes are time-sensitive and subject to availability. Prices are typically valid for up to 12 hours and may change after this time due to fluctuations in the travel industry. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.
SimplyBookedLtd is not ATOL-protected and does not sell package holidays.
All bookings are made in your name via third-party suppliers (e.g. B2B Platforms, Expedia, TUI, Skyscanner).Where applicable, ATOL protection is provided by the supplier, not SimplyBooked Ltd. As bookings are made in the client’s name, SimplyBooked acts as a booking agent. If the booking qualifies for ATOL protection, an ATOL Certificate will be issued by the supplier and either sent directly to the client or passed on by SimplyBooked if received.
It is strongly recommended that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance before travelling.
Just a quick note on pricing: Optional add-on fees listed above (for transfers, excursions, car hire, etc.) cover the booking/arrangement only. It does not include the actual cost of the service itself.
The listed fees reflect the time and service involved in planning and arranging your trip. The actual costs of flights, hotels, transfers and any extras will be quoted separately and are not included in the totals above. These will be clearly outlined in your full travel quote and paid in addition to the booking fees. Some prices may include a small service margin to cover admin, but you will always receive a clear breakdown upfront. No hidden fees and nothing is ever booked without your full approval.
