  1. Booking Agent Only SimplyBookedLtd is an independent travel booking agent. We act on your behalf to source and book flights, hotels, transfers and other services through trusted third-party platforms (e.g. Jet2, Skyscanner, Expedia, Booking.com). We are not a tour operator.
  1. SimplyBookedLtd is operated by Hasna, trading as a sole trader in the UK.
  2. No ATOL Protection SimplyBookedLtd does not offer ATOL protection. If your booking includes ATOL protection, it will be provided directly by the supplier (e.g. Jet2). We strongly recommend that all clients take out comprehensive travel insurance.
  3. Responsibility for Services We are not responsible for the fulfilment or quality of travel services provided by third parties. All travel contracts are between you and the provider. We do not control or guarantee schedules, hotel conditions, changes, or cancellations made by third parties.
  1. Travel Insurance is Essential We strongly advise you to purchase a travel insurance policy that covers cancellations, delays, medical emergencies and other travel-related risks. SimplyBookedLtd does not provide insurance.
  1. Pricing Transparency All quoted prices include any applicable booking fees or admin costs, you will always see the full amount upfront. There are no hidden charges and nothing is booked without your approval.
  2. Travel Disclaimer SimplyBookedLtd is not ATOL protected, as we operate solely as a travel booking agent. We strongly recommend that all clients take out comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen issues such as cancellations, delays, or emergencies.
  3. Refunds & Cancellations You may cancel within 14 days of payment for a full refund, provided no bookings have been made on your behalf. Once bookings are initiated, the fee becomes non-refundable, even if the travel provider allows changes or cancellations. This is because our service covers time, expertise and work already completed on your behalf.
